The Blue Room

Do you fancy a fun trip? The Blue Chamber is a cave where the beautiful water is illuminated by the sun making it appear deep blue.

There are several ways to get here. You can get here via a walking path starting at Playa St. Cruz. From this starting point you can choose a fast route over a sandy track or you can choose a route along the cliff edges. With the last route you see very beautiful things, but you are also longer on the road.

During the walking tour you will pass Boka Santu Pretu. This is a beach with dark sand, very nice to watch. At the end of the walking path you have to keep right and then you come to a cliff where you can enter the water. It's not high so you can get in right away. Note, it can be difficult to get out because you don't have stairs. If you choose this route, please wear closed shoes.

Another option to reach the Blue Room is by canoe. At Playa St. Cruz you have Captain Goodlife (left side on the beach) where you can rent these canoes. It's about a 20 minute paddle and then you'll get to the cave.

To fully enjoy the cave you have to bring a snorkel set because you have very nice schools of fish swimming here!
