A table time slot is the total opening time in which a table can be reserved. Suppose you want to make it possible to reserve a table from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, then this time slot will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Optionally, you can create multiple time slots in one day, for example: a time slot in the morning, a time slot in the afternoon and yet another time slot in the evening. You can also indicate on which days a time slot table can be booked.
You can create multiple rate lists and add multiple items with description and price per rate list.
Example for a barber shop:
– Name of rate list 1 = Men
– Name of rate list 2 = Women
– Name of rate list 3 = Children
You can add multiple items and prices per rate list. As an example, an article could be:
– Cut short hair
– Cut long hair
- Blow dry hair
- Dye your hair
– etc……
Add a description to the items and enter the corresponding amount.
Are you open 24 hours or just closed all day on one or more days of the week? Then you can simply use the "all-day option" for these day(s).
For other days you can add two different opening hours, for example morning and afternoon.
Are you open continuously on a day, so without a break? Then you only have to use one opening time and you can leave the optional “extra opening time” empty for that day.

After you have confirmed the reservation, your guests will immediately receive a confirmation email with the payment link for the reservation. They now have a maximum of 24 hours to pay the deposit, after which the reservation will automatically expire and your accommodation can be booked again.
Once the corresponding payment has been made by the guests, the reservation is final! You and your guests will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information. In addition, you can always read all the information under the heading "Reservations" in your dashboard.

A rental vehicle is definitely reserved after the hirer(s) pay the deposit of 10% online.
The remaining 90% is paid by the lessee(s) at your location at the time of taking the rental vehicle into use.
Here you can provide your tenant with all the necessary information on how to pay the remaining amount on site.

A time slot is the total duration of a tour or activity (from start time to end time).
Does this tour or activity last all day? Then you only need to create one time slot for this, from start time to end time. Please indicate which days can be booked.
Optionally you can create multiple time slots on a day, for example: a time slot in the morning, a time slot an hour later, two different time slots in the afternoon and yet another time slot in the evening. You can also indicate on which days a time slot can be booked.
– Total price: here, the base price is the total price, where you can specify the maximum number of guests (e.g. for a private group).
– Price per person: here, the base price is the price per person. You can specify a separate price for children (if applicable) and the maximum number of guests per booking on the next page.
– Starting price: here you have a base price where a fixed number of guests are included in the price. On the booking tab you can indicate how many guests are included in the base price and add a price that applies to each additional guest.
If there is a different price for children under 12, you can specify this in the booking tab.
Here you can offer your guests extra services. For example, pick-up and drop-off service to their accommodation, food and/or drinks.
When creating a service, you can choose between 'One-time fee' or 'Price per person'. This means that the created service will be charged once, or times the number of people booking.
You can offer an unlimited number of extra services which your guests can book.

For each room type you can indicate how many rooms are available, what facilities it has, how many guests can stay and how large the room is.
When adding a room type, you also enter the room numbers of the available hotel rooms, so that they will be linked to the booking system.
