The Garden Villa is on the ground floor, the Penthouse is on the first floor.
Both have the same layout and size. In the Garden Villa on the ground floor you can enjoy a beautifully landscaped garden containing the swimming pool, with a sea view at the front from the bedroom and living room. In the Penthouse on the first floor you have a magnificent view of the sea, even if you enjoy your swimming pool.
Of course the beautiful living room offers plenty of living space with a lounge corner with flat screen TV. It's great that the luxurious kitchen with modern appliances invites you to prepare the most delicious meals.
The 2 covered outdoor terraces, with a lounge corner and a large dining table, contribute to the wonderful outdoor life that you can always enjoy on Curaçao.
